If I say that we love Jolie, you should take my words. For two consecutive weeks, Salt emerges on top of Philippines Box Office with a weekly gross of $679,008 and total gross of $2,210,096. Way behind on number two is another favorite, The Last Airbender. The newcomers for this week are Tekken and Chloe.

There is no doubt that “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” ruled last week’s Philippines Box Office. The gross of this vampire-werewolf movie speaks for itself. It earned a total of $3,820,998 on its first week while Toy Story 3 which was ranked second, was far away with $559,699.

Even on Philippine soil, toys have also defeated Cruise and Diaz as “Toy Story 3” emerged on top of other local and foreign movies in Philippines Box Office list for its two consecutive weeks. Trailing at the second spot is “Knight and Day” which was perceived as a semi-“Mr. & Mrs. Smith” by many. The third installment of the “Toy Story” franchise got a weekend gross of $978,483.
