Hopkins, best known for playing the newly engaged Grayson on Cougar Town, will romance Mary on In Plain Sight, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Josh, 41, will guest-star in two episodes as Kenny, a fellow single parent who hits on Mary (Mary McCormack) shortly before she runs into her former fiancé, Ralph (Cristian de la Fuente).

Stephen Lang is coming to In Plain Sight season 5 to play the role of Mary’s father.

The actor has just signed on for a three-episode arc on USA’s In Plain Sight, playing the troubled father of Mary Shannon (Mary McCormack) — a pivotal character repeatedly referenced over the past four seasons.

Stephen’s character, James Wiley Shannon, is a charming career criminal who abandoned Mary as a child more than 30 years ago. Wanted by the FBI, James has lived a life on the run. His surprising return leads Mary to confront tough choices that will cause her to re-evaluate her life.

Mädchen Amick is coming to the final season of In Plain Sight.

Amick, better known as Twin Peaks‘ Shelly Johnson, is set for a guest role on the fifth and final season of the USA series starring Mary McCormack, EW has learned exclusively. Amick will play associate director Lisa Ruffino, the second in command at WITSEC, who, according to casting intel, “is a savvy political operator who comes to Albuquerque with news about the office.” Well, that sounds nice and ominous.

She will appear in the March 23 episode.
