Danai Gurira is coming to The Walking Dead season 2 finale and season 3 to play the role of Michonne.
A month after casting David Morrissey as iconic Big Bad The Governor, AMC’s The Walking Dead has cast Treme’s Danai Gurira as Michonne, the legendary heroine from the Robert Kirkman comic series on which the zombie drama is based.
Danai also appeared on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order, Lie to Me, and Treme.
