Charles Shaughnessy is coming to Castle season 4 episode 20.
Shaughnessy is set to guest star as Nigel Winthrop, the Deputy General at the British Consulate. However, according to ABC, Castle and Beckett suspect he is up to more than just ambassador balls and diplomatic luncheons.
