Weeks after Lisa Edelstein shocked fans by departing the Fox drama, Jesse Spencer has re-signed with the show he’s called home for seven years, Tweeting the news himself. The actor will be back in the role of Dr. Robert Chase this fall.
Will Spencer be joined by his beautiful co-star above, though?
Creator David Shore admits he isn’t sure how much we’ll see Olivia Wilde on season eight, as the actress does not currently have a contract with the series and is taking advantage of an exploding movie career.
House returns for what is likely its final season on October 3.
