Last week, Casey Abrams was saved by the judges thus resulting to a double elimination night this week.
In my opinion this week’s elimination night did not result in the same kind of surprise we experienced seven nights ago. Instead, we really saw this one coming.
Thia Megia and Naima Adedapo, a pair of contestants that never fully clicked with fans, were sent home. The former couldn’t separate herself from the pack at any point, while the latter may have tried too hard to do so, alienating viewers who weren’t prepared for reggae versions of classic singles.
Last thought, if Haley will pull out another fantastic performance next week, the next elimination night will surely be a shocker.
