Few weeks ago, Blackbeard ship photos were released. Now, it is time to have a glimpse on Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow on the set of “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” On first look, I can say that there are no evident changes on the costume of Sparrow but once we see the official movie photos, we may see some disparity.

In this action-packed tale of truth, betrayal, youth and demise, Captain Jack Sparrow crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz), and he’s not sure if it’s love-or if she’s a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth.
When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.”

“Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” stars Ian McShane as Blackbeard, Penelope Cruz as Blackbeard’s daughter, Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbosa, Kevin R. McNally as Captain Jack’s longtime comrade Joshamee Gibbs, Stephen Graham, Astrid Berges-Frisbey as a mysterious mermaid, Max Irons and Gemma Ward. The flick comes to theaters May 20, 2011.
After the Blackbeard’s ship and Jack Sparrow’s photos, all I want to see next is Penelope Cruz’.

In my opinion, there is no shocking factor in this weekend’s US Box Office ranking. “Toy Story 3” on top for the two consecutive weeks is already given, I never doubted that scenario. But with the entry of “The Last Airbender” and “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” this week, I think the ranking next weekend will surely be in chaos!

  1. Toy Story 3 – $59,000,000
  2. Grown Ups – $41,000,000
  3. Knight and Day – $20,500,000
  4. The Karate Kid – $15,400,000
  5. The A-Team – $6,000,000
  6. Get Him to the Greek – $3,010,000
  7. Shrek Forever After – $2,875,000
  8. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time – $2,801,000
