If you are still asking on the probable future of Eric van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl particularly on season 5, then you may find answers on the spoiler below.

Plans that involve any brilliant 18-year-old’s rite of passage, naturally.

“Eric was always going to go to college. And when you find out where Eric will be going off to college, you will see how that’ll shape up in season 5,” Stephanie Savage says.

This is an open-ended plot line, considering that Connor Paolo has signed on for a new pilot (ABC’s Revenge). So this gives the show plenty of options for his future.

So what do you think of Eric’s future?

I don’t know why but on most TV shows finale, death is a constant thing. In case of Glee, they made it even earlier, and guess what, we will be having more than one character death. So who are they?

But it sounds like a couple show-altering events will take place a week prior to that episode, as the May 17 installment is titled “Funeral.” So, who/what is dying?

According to Michael Ausiello, viewers should be on the lookout for the death of a “beloved character” and a “major couple.”

After the Funeral episode, the season finale will air on May 24.

After the Monday’s performance on Dancing With the Stars, we concluded that it was anyone’s game. Such statement materializes on this week’s elimination. Who was voted out?

TV Fanatic: Kendra Wilkinson and Petra Nemcova were two couples thought to be at risk, which turned out to be correct. One of the two dancers is now on her way back home.

In the end, Petra Nemcova was eliminated.

“It’s been a life-changing journey,” she said after the results, “and I’ve made amazing friends. So many people got inspired because of … Dancing with the Stars.”

Interestingly, Kendra was not even in the bottom three, nor was Ralph Macchio, who tied Kendra and Petra with the lowest score of the week (a still-modest 22).

The supermodel was joined in the bottom three Tuesday by Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke, who were near the top, and Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

So what can you say about the elimination? Did the voters choose the right pair last night?

We are all enjoying the Klaus story arc on The Vampire Diaries, but what else is at stake for us on the remaining episodes?

The episodes on April 28 and May 5 will include some monumental events. The season finale, May 12, features “something that we wanted to do that we felt was a really important element of our story for the whole season.”

So says executive producer Julie Plec to EW: We knew that’s how we wanted to end our season. The sacrifice ritual gets us to that ending, but there’s more to tell.”

“If the sacrifice is the mythology resolution, the finale is the emotional resolution.”

The May 12 finale, entitled “As I Lay Dying,” is centered around another event – A Gone With the Wind movie night in the Mystic Falls town square.

It sounds like things boil down to a major turning point for Damon and Elena …

“Damon, who is desperately seeking forgiveness from Elena for something he has done, starts to relive moments from past mistakes made with Katherine back in 1864,” Plec says. “As is always true with these events in Mystic Falls, things go horribly awry.”

There’s a lot going on in the finale, she adds, but because so much of it hinges on things that we haven’t yet seen, that’s as far as she can go at the moment.

But she does offer this.

”What we’re doing is telling the audience that when we hit Season 3, there’s gonna be a lot of things changing for our characters and in their lives.”

“We’re excited about it because it just shows that the show has directions that it can keep going in, and we’re never gonna get stuck or tired.”

“We’re just gonna keep tellin’ stories.”

So what stories do you want to be told?
