Glee will return on November 9 and in this episode we will see the first appearance of Darren Criss as Blaine!

Of course, the world wants to know: will he also be a boyfriend to the lonely young Mr. Hummel?

In a new interview with E! News, Criss says he isn’t being coy when he says he truly doesn’t know the answer to that question. But he’s very excited to talk about Blaine in general. Here’s how the actor describes the character:

He’s kind of an out-and-proud student… I really hope he ends up being a really positive role model and source of strength for a lot of people, gay or straight – for any teen, really.

[Blaine’s] a guy that [has] seen some hardship and where we meet him he’s a very strong, collected guy, and he’s really analyzed the things that have happened to him and has defined himself because of those things and a lot of the struggle that other characters go through, he’s found a way to empower himself through that. Having a character like that show up where we are in the show and where we are in our society is pretty cool.

Criss also confirms the student will sing and dance often, while admitting there’s no set number of episodes in which he’ll appear.

Any comments or insights?

Talk about jumping into Glee’s bandwagon.

File this one under “What took them so long?”

According to TV Squad, the first ‘Glee’ copycat is finally in the works. According to Deadline Hollywood, The CW is developing a “musical and dancing dramedy” called ‘Acting Out’ from ‘Bandslam’ writer/director Todd Graff.

But it’s got a twist: the show is being described as ‘Glee’ combined with another unlikely pop cultural source — ‘Bad Santa.’ The series “explores relationships of counselors and staff of a down-on-its-luck summer camp whose new owner is a young curmudgeon in the vein of Billy Bob Thornton in ‘Bad Santa.'”

Graff’s familiar with both the performing arts and the summer camp territory. He wrote and directed the 2003 film ‘Camp,’ about a musical theater summer camp for Broadway wannabes, which starred a pre-‘Up In the Air’/Oscar nomination Anna Kendrick.

It seems like a perfect fit for the younger-skewing CW, but a TV musical is hard to pull off. (See: ‘Cop Rock,’ ‘Viva Laughlin’) But Graff knows the subject matter well, so he could succeed. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Any reactions from the Gleeks?

Talk about new TV series, Marvel and ABC have something to say!

You better make sure your TV is insured because ABC and Marvel are getting ready to unleash the Hulk. What does the Hulk do best? Well, Hulk smash, obviously.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, ABC is prepping an ‘Incredible Hulk’ TV series after two film versions never really scored well at the box office.

This isn’t the first time Marvel has brought ‘The Incredible Hulk’ to TV. Bill Bixby starred in the 1970s CBS show and TV movies long before CGI. Mark Ruffalo has been tapped to play the Hulk in Marvel’s ‘Avengers’ film.

News of a new ‘Hulk’ show not doing it for you, True Believers? What about ‘Cloak & Dagger’? That’s right, another project at the newly formed Marvel Television features those runaway misfits.

Jeph Loeb, head of Marvel Television, is reportedly meeting with writers for ‘Cloak & Dagger’ ideas. ABC Family is being eyed as the network. Meanwhile, ‘Hulk’ is a little further ahead in development. The Hollywood Reporter says a search is on for a showrunner.

‘Cloak & Dagger’ centers around two teenage runaways who get special powers from drugs. The duo later make it their mission to take down drug dealers.

After Disney acquired Marvel it was only a matter of time before the TV projects started rolling out. Executives pitched ABC several projects including ‘Heroes For Hire,’ ‘Ka-Zar’ and ‘The Punisher.’

So with this development, what are your thoughts and expectations?

News from TV Fanatic: They was the first words out of Mr. Schuester’s mouth last night on Glee: Puck was serving time in a juvenile detention center would would not be able to participate in the duets competition.

What happened to Mark Salling? Why was he absent from an episode that focused entirely on New Directions?

Sources tell Hollywood Life the actor may breached his contract by pursuing his own music career: “Mark has been really focused on his own music and it’s actually gotten in the way of his Glee stuff,” said this insider.

The actor hasn’t been shy about promoting his Mark Salling Band, which has released a pair of albums. The source added:

“His band means the world to him and he thinks that’s more important than the show at this point.”

So, does this mean we’ve seen the last of Puck? He has to return and make a play for Quinn now that Sam has made a move, right?!? Yes.

“Mark is gone for another episode, but he’s coming back for episode six,” an on-set source said. “He’s featured a ton in that episode – it’s basically all about him.”

** UPDATE: A Glee insider tells E! News there is no punishment to blame for Salling’s absence: “Mark would never prioritize anything over the show, he respects the executives and his cast too much to do that.”

When there are many new shows being released, expect that there will be also some who will have an early graceful exit! This season’s first one to go is Lone Star. Fox has pulled the plug on its critically adored con man drama “Lone Star” after two low-rated episodes.

“Lie to Me” — which wasn’t expected to kick off its third season until later this fall — takes over the show’s Monday-9pm time slot beginning next week.

“Lone Star” got off to a disastrous start last week, averaging just over 4 million viewers. The depressing numbers prompted series creator Kyle Killen to pen an open letter to fans urging them to tune in for episode 2. “For [‘Lone Star’] to survive, we’re going to have to pull off a minor miracle,” he wrote. “Statistically, new shows tend to lose viewers in their second week. We’re aiming to gain them. In fact, screw it, let’s just double our audience.”

Unfortunately, viewership for last night’s episode sank to 3.2 million viewers — and with that the show’s fate was sealed.

Lone Star fans, what can you say about this development?

We all know that someone is returning and I am excited to see him. Do you know who is he? Yes, it is Eli!

But before looking any further, we should first anticipate tomorrow’s NCIS episode entitled “Worst Nightmare.”
This episode centers around a young girl’s kidnapping. It’s the nightmare scenario for a lot of people, especially the abducted person’s family.

On a lighter note, though, Jimmy Palmer’s worst nightmare also manifests itself in the form of a cute new medical examiner being taken under Ducky’s wing. The jealously is palpable.

So if you are excited to see the next episode, you can first view the sneak peek below:

There is a hint on the season premiere of NCIS. The hint is that someone will return. Do you know who is he? Of course, Eli David!

According to Entertainment Weekly, in November, Ziva comes face-to-face with her dad for the first time since her return from Israel. Executive producer Shane Brennan says:

“It’s an emotionally-charged reunion [with Ziva] in a two-part episode that also reveals much about the enigmatic Eli David and one of the other team members.”

We have all seen the premiere of Bones and all I can say is that Brennan, Booth & Co. is back.
Next week, things get even more interesting when Booth’s girlfriend drops by, unexpectedly, from her assignment as a correspondent in Afghanistan.
This leaves Brennan unsure of her relationship with Booth, with whom she works on a mysterious case, examining a couple’s remains discovered in a National Park cave.
Below is the trailer of the of the second episode. By the way do you already know who is pregnant?
