Anna Maria Horsford is headed to New Girl season 2 to play an interesting role.

 

 

Yes you bet it right, Horsford will play the role of  Winston’s tough-talking mom.

 

Anna’s character, Charmaine Bishop, is a Chicagoan who raised all of her children to become professional basketball players — in Winston’s case, at least, it worked for a while!

 

And by the way, Mrs Bishop hates Schmidt!
