The new head of CBI is coming to The Mentalist season 4.
Former Greek and Melrose Place star Michael Rady has signed on for a key role next season as Luther Wainwright, the new head of the CBI.
Yes, Rady is a lot younger than Patrick Jane, but TV Line confirms the actor will portray an intelligent agent with very little field experience. He takes the place of Aunjanue Ellis’ Madeleine Hightower as person in charge of the CBI.
The Mentalist season 4 premieres on September 22 with Jane in jail.
