A new series regular is coming to Desperate Housewives season 8, and he’ll be seeing Renee.

Charles Mesure, most recently seen on V , will portray Ben, a handsome, charming – and sporadically ruthless – contractor on the new season of this ABC hit. Look for him to strike up a relationship with Vanessa Williams’ character.

Desperate Housewives premieres on September 25. And Mesure won’t be the only new hunk in town when it does: Jonathan Cake has been cast as a regular.
