Preliminary matters discussed by the Philippine Association of Law Schools (PALS) Committee on Bar Examinations with Associate Justice Velasco and Atty. Cristina Layusa re: 2016 Bar Examinations:

  • The 2016 Bar exams will be held in November 2016 at UST.

  • For schools following the regular academic calendar, the filing period will be from June 1 to July 31, 2016.
  • For schools using the new academic calendar, the filing period will be from June 1 to August 15, 2016.
  • Only 1 testimonial of good moral character will be required (instead of the previous requirement of 3 testimonials).
  • Applicants with pending cases are required to attach the relevant documents for clarification.
