Harry Potter fans, the wait is over!
J.K. Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them has already released its teaser trailer and official poster.
Fantastic Beasts stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander who has travelled the globe in search of magical creatures. Stopping briefly in New York, an encounter with Jacob – a No-Maj (American word for Muggle) – results in a missing magical case and the escape of some of Newt’s magical beasts.
David Yates who directed the last four parts of Harry Potter is also on board. Interestingly, J.K. Rowling will have her screenwriting debut in this film.
Other stars of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them are Katherine Waterston (Steve Jobs), Ezra Miller (We Need to Talk About Kevin), Carmen Ejogo (Selma), Ron Perlman (Sons of Anarchy), Samantha Morton (The Last Panthers), Jon Voight (Ray Donocan), Jenn Murray (Brooklyn) and Colin Farrell (The Lobster).
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits the big screen on November 17, 2016.
